GÉANT2 is the next generation of the multi-gigabit pan-European research network. Through connectivity with Europe's NRENs, GÉANT2 provides pan-European high-speed data communications connectivity to more than 3500 research and education institutions around Europe.

A wide range of research projects and activities which were previously impossible are being realised around Europe, and further afield, thanks to GÉANT2. The GÉANT2 DVD has been produced to give you an overview of the project, the network and its achievements, talking to network users, partners and the people behind the project.
