Second Concertation Workshop on eInfrastructure

Introduction
The eConcertation workshop took place on 14th December in Bordeaux. It was intended to provide an opportunity for FP6-funded network, testbed and grids technologies projects to gather together and discuss issues of common interest, to exchange information on current practice and to explore ways of continuing the concerted efforts. Attendance was open to projects funded by European Commission's DG INFSO Units D1, F2 and F3.

Objectives
The meeting's objectives were to:
- Identify commonalities and develop synergies between projects in areas of common interest
- Improve and advance the service that the eInfrastructure projects can provide to the research and education community
- Support collective efforts among these initiatives
- Explore ways of collaborating after this event.
