eduPERT’s first training workshop scheduled

Friday 26 September 2008, Cambridge: The first training course for eduPERT, the federated network of European Performance Enhancement Response Teams (PERTs) is due to take place on 27-28 November 2008 at SWITCH in Zurich, Switzerland. Organised by DANTE, TERENA and SWITCH, the hands-on workshop has been designed to equip NREN staff to establish and operate national and local PERTs within the new eduPERT federated structure. The event will cover the technical aspects of running a PERT and will provide technical guidance, tips and information about how to investigate and resolve performance issues.
